These terms apply to all services offered by Dr. Tatiana Klementova (hereinafter "Therapist") through the website and online practice.

2. Services

The Therapist offers online psychotherapy sessions for families, couples, and individuals via Google Meet. Services do not include treatment of children.

3. Appointments

Sessions are booked through the online booking system. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged in full.

4. Fees & Payment

Fees are communicated before the start of therapy. Payment is due after each session via the agreed payment method.

5. Confidentiality

All session content is strictly confidential. The Therapist is bound by professional secrecy obligations.

6. Limitation of Liability

Online therapy is not a substitute for emergency psychiatric care. In case of acute crisis, please contact your local emergency services.

7. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts.
