Our counselling sessions are conducted by video call. We do not record sessions. All session content is strictly confidential and subject to professional secrecy.

These terms apply to all services offered by Dr. Tatiana Klementova (hereinafter the "Counsellor") through the website and online practice.
The Counsellor offers online psychological counselling and coaching for adults, couples and families by video call. Services are for adults and do not include work with children. This is counselling and coaching — not psychotherapy — and does not include diagnosis or the treatment of mental illness.
Sessions are booked through the online booking system. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged in full.
Fees are communicated before the start of counselling. Payment is due after each session via the agreed payment method.
All session content is strictly confidential.
Online counselling and coaching are not a substitute for medical or emergency care. In case of acute crisis, please contact your local emergency services.
These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts.
